SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for production of the disperse systems, predominantly of "liquid -liquid" type and may be used in chemical industry, food industry, microbiological industry and other industries. The rotary-pulsating apparatus includes the working chamber with the device for introduction of the contacting phases and the branch-pipe for the emulsion withdrawal, the rotor and the stator concentrically mounted in it, which have the radial channels. The device for introduction of the contacting phases is made in the form of the injection unit of mixing. At that the nozzle is located directly in the chamber of the apparatus. The central part of the rotor has the form of the truncated cone with the pit in its vertex and at least with two concentric annular projecting lobes on the lateral surface. At that the space interval from the section of the nozzle of the injection unit makes (10 - 15) dOC, where dOC is the diameter of the nozzle head hole. Besides the ratio of the pit height H to the pit diameter D makes 0.20 - 0.25. The technical result of the invention allows to increase the homogeneity of the produced emulsion at simultaneous provision of the high degree of its dispersibility.
