FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy industry; other industries; production of the intra-sluice segmentary detachable device for extraction of gold, platinum from the pulp of the industrial hydroscouring aggregates.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to extraction of gold, platinum from the gravel-sand mixtures by means of water, and also from the pulp of the industrial hydroscouring aggregates in the deep filling up elevator-type sluices and may find application in nonferrous metallurgy. The intra-sluice segmentary detachable device for extraction of gold, platinum from the pulp of the industrial hydroscouring aggregates contains the mounted inside the deep filling up sluice framework structures welded from the angle bars and made in the form of the separate sections divided into segments with the lower base. On the lower base there is the layer of the charcoal or the foamed plastics laid stepwise decreasing from the aggregate beginning up to its end, over which there are the mounted with the capability to change the inclination angle is dividing-classifying-settling components made in the form of the stencils and the nets. The number( of the stencils and the nets is increasing from the beginning of the aggregate to the end. The dimensions of the classification holes are decreasing top-down in the direction to the bottomsluice as following: 4.0 mm; 3.2 mm; 2.5 mm; 1.9 mm; 1.4 mm; 0.7 mm; 0.5 mm. The spacing interval between the components makes no less than 40 mm. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of extraction of gold, platinum from the pulp of the industrial hydroscouring aggregates.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of extraction of gold, platinum from the pulp of the industrial hydroscouring aggregates.
