FIELD: manufacture of mono-crystalline-structure castings of alloys on base of nickel, cobalt and intermetallide.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes ceramic mold having seed cavity, seed, heat shielding cavity and cavity for shaping cast piece. Seed cavity is formed in bottom of ceramic mold. Heat shielding cavity is arranged between seed cavity and cavity for shaping cast piece. Heat shielding cavity communicates with cavity for shaping cast piece through crystal sampler being in the form of hollow rod. Spacing between lower end of rod and upper surface of seed consists 0.1 - 5 d where d - inner diameter of rod of crystal sampler. Seed is fixed in ceramic mold by means of fixing member.
EFFECT: improved quality of structure of produced mono-crystalline cast pieces.
