FIELD: foundry production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry production. The device for producing castings of turbine nozzle blades with a directional and single-crystal structure contains a ceramic mold in which the seed and starting cavities are made, a mold cavity and a crystal collector made at the same time with the seed cavity. The starting cavity is formed by three converging triangular plates connected by bases with a large bandage shelf (7), with which they coincide in thickness (8). The central (3) of the mentioned plates is made of variable cross-section in the form of an isosceles triangle, and its vertex is connected to the cavity of the crystal collector. The central plate (3) is located on the side of the input edge of the blade airfoil, parallel to the direction of its crystallization with an offset from the axis of the blade towards the input edge by a distance of A=20 mm. Two plates (4) in the form of versatile triangles are adjacent to the central plate at a height V equal to 0.6 of the height B of the isosceles triangle, at an angle α=45°. The inclined sides of the versatile triangles are made in the form of thickened edges (5).
EFFECT: increase in the yield of suitable castings according to the macrostructure is provided.
