SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of quinuclidineamide of the general formula (I) 
and their pharmaceutically acceptable salt including quaternary ammonium salts of the formula (II) 
wherein radicals and groups are given in the invention claim. Also, invention relates to methods for synthesis of these compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising indicated compounds and their using in therapy as antagonists of muscarinic receptors M3 for treatment of pathological states or diseases wherein intensity of these symptoms is decreased owing to antagonistic effect on muscarinic receptors M3.
