FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides bitumen composition comprising 0.1 to 25% elastomer, 0.1 to 40% solvent, 30 to 99% bitumen, 0.1 to 30% lithium salt of C10-C40-fatty acid or hydroxy-fatty acid, and optionally 0 to 69.70% filler, all concentrations being based on the total weight of bitumen composition and said solvent having general formula (I): (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom or C1-C6-hydrocarbon group and R2 C1-C6-hydrocarbon group, provided that sum of carbon atoms in R1 and R2 is between 5 and 7. Above-mentioned elastomer is a block copolymer including at least two terminal poly(monovinylaromatic hydrocarbon) blocks and at least one central poly(conjugated diene) block. Invention also concerns bitumen composition production process as well as application of composition as cold-laying binding material.
EFFECT: optimized formula of composition and enhanced its binding properties.
