FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining total leukocytes eosinophils and neutrophils number, index of leukocytes and erythrocytes sedimentation rate relation, phagocytes number, cation proteins activity, concentration of immunoglobulins of A and M class, haptoglobulin concentration in patient blood before operation or 2-4 days after the operation. Forecasting coefficient is calculated (FC). FC value being positive, inflammatory complication is predicted to occur in early postoperative period. FC≤0 is interpreted as noncomplicated clinical course in early postoperative period.
EFFECT: high accuracy in predicting inflammatory complications; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
