SUBSTANCE: proposed battery bank incorporating secondary battery and circuit that controls state of charge and state of discharge of the latter has computer that communicates with other computer disposed in charger, authenticates charger, and computes data on residual capacity of secondary battery. When computer fails to authenticate charger and displays information stating that secondary battery is properly charged, computer yields "no residual charge" information by force.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of battery bank.
