SUBSTANCE: secondary battery discharge control device (100) contains: detection unit (110) for detecting the secondary battery charge with a pulse the level whereof is equal to or in excess of the preset level and the unit (130) for discharge control so that at least one pulse having almost the same level as the above pulse is discharged from the secondary battery when the secondary battery charge is detected by the above pulse.

EFFECT: prevention or reduction of secondary battery wear during charging with an excessive pulse.
