FIELD: mobile communications, method for controlling information in user terminals (UE) in mobile communication system which supports multimedia broadcasting/multi-address service (MBMS).
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, radio network controller (RNC) proves packet commutation service and channel commutation service for user terminals UE. User terminal UE, which is in inactive mode of control over mobility of packet transmission (PMM-inactive mode) after connection to at least one MBMS service, transfers MBMS service related information to RNC controller; and RNC stored information, related to MBMS service, in first context of service for MBMS service, maintained in RNC controller, together with information about user terminal UE.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
