SUBSTANCE: method is claimed for dividing IP-packets, assigned to specific groups, in mobile radio-communication network based on transmission of packets, where in first sanctioned network element of mobile radio-communication network all IP-packets, arriving at mobile radio-communication network, are check for association with at least one group, and at least for IP-packets, assigned to specific group, group-specific marking is applied in header field, at least for one, in particular, for each one of these IP-packets, where marking separates payment-related packets from payment-unrelated packets.
