FIELD: food industry, canned food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be prepared as the follows: potatoes and plums should be cut and blanched, onions should be cut and roasted in melted butter, green part of cheeseflower (Malva neglecta) should be cut and frozen, beef should be cut, rice should be cooked till a 2-fold increase of its mass, wheat flour should be fried in melted butter. The components mentioned should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with common salt, the mixture obtained and bone broth should be packed followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
