FIELD: food processing industry, in particular production of canned soup.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending of wheat flour and drinking water to produce dough, rolling thereof, cutting, blanching, and smearing with vegetable oil to produce noodle; beef, potato, carrot, radish, paprika, onion, ant tomato cutting and roasting in melt butter; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; gardenstuff cutting; garlic pulping. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour mill, table salt, and red hot pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with noodle and bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
