SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agents possessing an antitumor effect. Medicinal agent represents at least one cholinesterase inhibitor taken in the effective dose. Cholinesterase inhibitor is chosen from group comprising physostigmine, pyridostigmine bromide, N-(meta-dimethylcarbamoyloxyphenyl)-trimethylammonium methylsulfate, galanthaminum, 9-amino-2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[b]quinoline hydrochloride monohydrate, 9-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroacridine, 2,3-trimethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazoline hydrochloride. This cholinesterase inhibitor is given to a patient by injection route and/or as a tablet. Invention expands assortment of preparations used in treatment of different tumors, provides curing prostate adenoma and adenocarcinoma with high effectiveness and for short time, allows avoidance patients from surgery operation and will allow using cholinesterase inhibitor for prophylactic aims.
