FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating patients with metastases in lymph nodes and oligometastatic disease in bones of skeleton in prostate cancer of high risk of progression. That is ensured by 6 docetaxel chemotherapeutic courses: 75 mg/m2 intravenously on day 1 of 21-day cycle in combination with androgen deprivation therapy followed by surgical intervention, including on zones oligometastatic disease. Patients are followed by dynamic observation: every month the total PSA level and instrumental examinations are analyzed once in three months: ultrasound of abdominal cavity, retroperitoneal space TRUS, MRI of small pelvis. If the PSA level is >0.2 ng/ml 3 consecutive times with an interval of at least 2 weeks, whole body PET-CT is performed with choline. If observing single metastases in pelvic lymph nodes, in bones of the skeleton, as well as local tumor recurrence and absence of other remote metastases in internal organs and lymph nodes of other localisations, the patient undergoes radiation therapy followed by dynamic observation.

EFFECT: method enables local treatment in combination with neoadjuvant CGT in high-risk patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer, which previously could be offered only palliative chemotherapy with an increase in the recurrence-free and overall survival rate.
