SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyroxylin retarded gun powders. Preparation thereof for cartridges of indicated calibers comprises treatment of surfaces powder elements with alcohol-camphor solution used in amounts from 0.0012063 to 0.00139 L/min·kg for 20-28 min and then in a drum for 60-120 min now with graphite added in amount 0.1-0.3% of the weight of powder.
EFFECT: enabled use of overdue gun powders in due destination.
