FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly safety oil-field valves, valves for gas-distribution stations and underground gas storage facilities.
SUBSTANCE: shutoff valve comprises body with inlet and outlet nipples, seat with gate, pilot mechanism and input mechanism. Pilot mechanism is made as vertical rod and horizontal piston cooperating one with another in central part thereof. Lower end of vertical spring-loaded rod is connected to gate through clip. Pilot mechanism is made as control mechanism with horizontal piston made as spring-loaded horizontal rod. Central part of spring-loaded vertical rod is provided with annular groove having bead. Device has packless electromagnetic drive including body with inductance coil, stop and fixed non-magnetic bush separating inductance coil and spring-loaded horizontal rod cavities in fluid-tight manner. One end of spring-loaded horizontal rod is made as coil core and is arranged inside fixed non-magnetic bush so that is may be communicated with stop. Another end thereof cooperates with annular groove bead.
EFFECT: extended range of valve application due to possibility of remote control.
