FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective type of pipeline valves intended for shutting off flow of working medium. Cutoff valve comprises housing with inlet and outlet nozzles, seat with gate, pilot mechanism to bring the bolt into closed position at reduction or pressure increase beyond the setpoints of preset range. Spring-loaded horizontal rod with a piston, a spring-loaded vertical rod, a drive for bringing the bolt into the open position, a drive for closing the bolt into a closed position. Actuators for switching the breech mechanism into open or closed position have mutually independent operation, local, remote control and indication of positions. Drive to bring the breechblock into open position, and spring-loaded vertical rod to bring the breechblock to the closed position independently act directly on the gate in opposite directions. Owing to the damping unit realized in the spring-loaded vertical rod, the speed of the gate transfer to the closed position is controlled. Spring-loaded horizontal rod with piston of pilot mechanism has the possibility of axial movement for control and reaction to changes in pressure of working medium, in cases of reduction or increase of pressure beyond the limits of setpoint of preset range. Hold of the bolt in position is open, closed or forced closed at any values of working medium pressure, is provided due to interaction of support elements of spring-loaded horizontal rod with piston, drive to transfer the bolt to position closed with lock unit of the bolt. Hold of the bolt in position is openly directly related to axial movement of spring-loaded horizontal rod with piston. In case of forced transfer of the bolt into position is closed at any values of working medium pressure, transfer is performed only due to rotation of the support element of the drive for switching the bolt to the closed position. For local and remote indication of position closed or open gate, there is limit switch.
EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability of valve operation and possibility of bringing the bolt into position closed at any pressure values.
