FIELD: valve production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the remote controlled automatic valves. Shut-off valve contains a valve body with a bore and the gate seat between its inlet and outlet nozzles, with an additional channel in the body. Stationary placed in the body the through cup, formed by arranged one below the other spaced hollow cylinders with transverse flow channels: small, associated with its axial channel, and a large, associated with the flow channel between the inlet and outlet nozzles. Valve contains located in the cup large cylinder cavity movable valve gate with the inner central bore and associated with it body grooves, forming part of controlling the valve operation the working medium overflow pilot channel. Covering the cup small cylinder cavity sealing bushing; placed in own housing and connected by a microswitch valve control unit with its position indication and activated during the valve closing the electromagnetic actuator with its own magnetic core, core, and the compression spring. Valve contains stem, which one end is installed in the valve gate with possibility of movement along its axis, and its other end is fixed in the actuator core. Valve contains a bracket with its own channel in the body, connected to the outlet nozzle additional channel and mounted on the cup small cylinder and resting on the connecting forming it cylinders its transverse wall. Valve contains elastic annular collar, installed in the cup small cylinder with the possibility of its coverage with the shutter central opening. Valve stem is passed through the annular collar in the cup and is installed therein with the possibility, with the switched off drive, of the working medium free flow to the outlet nozzle through the open locking channel between the stem and the collar, and with the switched on drive, it is installed therein with the possibility of the axial channel between it and the collar overlapping and providing an increase in the working medium pressure in the valve gate central opening, which determines the valve movement to the seat with its closing the passage channel between the inlet and outlet nozzles. Valve pilot channel, which controls its operation during closing, is formed by all the connected to the central hole in the gate open channels and grooves in the valve.
EFFECT: achieved by the invention technical result consists in reduction in the effort required for the valve closing and subsequent opening by the central bore in its gate formation, associated with all open channels and grooves in the valve and forming with them a pilot channel for the acting on the valve gate working medium flow, as well as in the drive heating reduction.
