FIELD: nondestructive check of quality of metallurgic industry production.

SUBSTANCE: measuring module has electromagnet-acoustic converter, substrate, set of levers and drives. It additionally is provided with electromagnet-acoustic converter shift mechanism, which provides permanent compression to have specified space in direction to object to be checked due to magnetic attraction only and doesn't depend on shift mechanism of substrate. Substrate is tightly connected to module. Mechanism is made in form of frame attached to main drive of module by set of parallel levers disposed in horizontal. Substrate is suspends to frame onto axes. Release lever with drive is suspended to substrate onto axes. Substrate and lever are connected by common axis. Roller is attached to release lever. Roller makes contact with object under control. Sleeve provided with adjusting screw is mounted onto substrate. Electromagnet-acoustic converter is inserted into sleeve.

EFFECT: prolonged service life of electromagnet-acoustic converter.
