FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves investigating blood preparation. Blood eluate obtained placing whole blood sample in the amount of 0.01-0.02 ml on ash-free filter. The sample is dried at room temperature and eluted with physiologic saline in volume of 1-2 ml during 25-30 min within a period not longer than 30 days. Obtained blood eluate drops are dried on fat-free microscope slides at standard temperature of 30°C and relative air humidity of 60-70%. Marked fractal clusters being detected in comparison to reference sample when examining dried blood eluate drop, being acted with given radiation type, with microscope, conclusion is drawn about biological adequacy of the low intensity radiation type.
EFFECT: increased reliability of obtained data.
