SUBSTANCE: method involves determining antioxidation activity in blood serum in optic neuritis cases. Antioxidation activity blood level being equal to 0.1-0.2 relative units, single relapse per 3 years is predicted. The value being equal to 0.21-0.38 relative units, single relapse per 1 year is predicted. The value being equal to 0.39-0.46 relative units, single relapse per 6 months is predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
