SUBSTANCE: define the content of trace substances: aluminium, lead, copper and manganese in hair of patients with an optical neuritis. At value of indicators of microelement structure of hair: aluminium - over 10.0 mkg/g, lead - over 5.0 mkg/g, copper - less than 10.0 mkg/g and manganese - less than 1.5 mkg/g it is possible to assume development of a multiple sclerosis at a stage of preclinical manifestation.
EFFECT: possibility of manifestation prediction of a multiple sclerosis on a preclinical disease stages.
