FIELD: medicine, bionanotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: autoantibodies should be detected according to the altered frequency of fluctuations of a piezoelectric crystal resonator based upon volumetrically-acoustic waves both before and after stage-by-stage immobilization upon a solid surface of electrodes of piezoelectric crystal resonator of L-polylysine, antigen-DNA followed by incubation of piezoelectric crystal resonator in blood serum. Moreover, electrodes should be applied either solver or golden, L-polylysine should be taken in aqueous solution 1.75 mg/ml at the volume of 10 mcl, DNA should be taken at concentration of 0.68 mg/ml diluted in buffer M Tris-HCl, 0.01 M EDTA at the volume of 10 mcl. Incubation of piezoelectric crystal resonator in blood serum should be fulfilled for the period of 1 h in a chamber saturated with water vapors to be then washed out and dried. At the value of shift of the frequency of the resonator's fluctuations ranged ▵f=124.50±13.84 Hz one should diagnose autoimmune thyroiditis. The innovation enables to increase the significance in detecting antibodies to DNA and, particularly, autoimmune thyroiditis.
