FIELD: medicine, phthisiotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: for earlier diagnostics of tuberculosis infection in children it is necessary to detect the level of lymphocytic proliferation in whole blood microcultures according to blast-transformation reaction (BTR) with allergen tuberculin (PPD-L) in 6 dilutions, evaluate the index of stimulation of specific cell response according to detecting stimulation index. At values of stimulation index being below 3.2 one should diagnose the absence of infecting with tuberculosis mycobacteria. At stimulation index being above 3.2 one should diagnose the infecting with tuberculosis mycobacteria, and at this value being above 12.1 - active tuberculosis process should be stated upon. The innovation enables to increase the quality and the accuracy of earlier diagnostics.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
