FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises band amplifier with n outputs connected with n mixers whose outputs are connected with the output of the generator of linearly frequency modulated pulses through the delay line, unit for limiting the amplitude, time comparing circuit, and time-frequency converter. The control input of the generator is connected with the first input of the generator of synchronized pulses. The second output of the generator is connected with the second input of the time-comparing circuit.
