SUBSTANCE: one should detect the duration of arrhythmia relapses, moreover, it is necessary to detect the total duration of all relapses per the period under survey. As a criterion of evaluating the efficiency of anti-arrhythmic therapy one should apply average duration of arrhythmia per time unit (ADAS) which should be calculated according to the following formula: where t_i - the duration of the i^th relapse of arrhythmia occurred during the period under survey; n - total number of relapses for the period under survey; T - duration of the period under survey and decreased ADAS is considered to be a positive effect of the carried out therapy. The innovation enables to evaluate the effect of therapy in the group of patients and, also, in each patient individually.
