FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves giving theoretical education course including acquaintance with the disease, drug and non-medicamentous therapy principles and practical course including medical training exercises, psychotherapy, logopedist lessons, speech correction and walking. Psychotherapy training involves applying autogenous training, relaxation, meditation and image visualization methods. Theoretical education course is 30-50 min long. Additional information materials are introduced into the theoretical education course for improving adaptation to social and domestic life conditions with video materials being used. Practical part duration is increased to 90 min and enhanced with psychological correction associated with group training exercises providing obligatory psychologist participation. 10 group exercises are given. Psychotherapy training is carried out with Babak music compositions like Rain light, Sea, Color words, Life journeys. Rehabilitation treatment is carried out once more 3 moths later.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
