FIELD: psychotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to psychotherapy and can be used in rehabilitation or treatment of persons suffering dependence on various psychoactive substances. That is ensured by a course of complex exposure: psychotherapeutic exposure, kundalini-yoga exercises, social rehabilitation. Peculiarities of performing said complex exposure are selected taking into account the level of rehabilitation potential of the patient. Duration of the conducted course is determined on the basis of improvement of the rehabilitation potential of the patient, evaluated on the basis of its repeated determination. Rehabilitation potential (RP) level are determined by taking into account the integrated assessment of the test results using the following questionnaires: A.A. Rean questionnaire "Motivation of success and fear of failure", test for will power, aggressiveness test (questionnaire L.G. Pochebut), symptomatic questionnaire SCL-90-R. When high level is detected RP complex exposure is carried out with background of daily observance of daily routine and includes psychotherapeutic effect: art therapy once a week, body-oriented psychotherapy – once a week. At that, in one day only one of the above psychotherapeutic methods is conducted. Psychotherapeutic exposure is combined with the psychopharmacological treatment taking into account the leading psychopathological syndrome. 2 times a week on days when psychotherapy is not conducted, kundalini-yoga exercises are performed, at least 3 times a week, social rehabilitation is realized, for which the patient is visited by shelter for homeless animals, carrying out care, or hippotherapy. If average level is detected RP complex treatment involving psychotherapeutic exposure is performed: art therapy – 2 times a week, body-oriented psychotherapy - once a week. 2 times a week on days when psychotherapy is not conducted, kundalini-yoga exercises are performed, social rehabilitation is performed twice a week. When observing a low level RP complex treatment involving a psychotherapeutic exposure is carried out: art therapy 3 times a week, body-oriented psychotherapy – once a week. 2 times a week on days when psychotherapy is not conducted, kundalini-yoga exercises are performed, social rehabilitation is performed once a week.
EFFECT: method provides socialization of the patient, which consists in its adaptation to life in family and society, improvement of quality of life, preserved at the achieved level for more than 2 years, due to complex impact simultaneously on three spheres of patient's thinking: emotional, volitional and behavioral.
