FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, neurology, psychotherapy and concerns rehabilitation schedule optimisation in patients with Parkinson's disease. A method of rehabilitation involves a basis cycle consisting of 9-15 group sessions with the use of psychotherapy and physical exercises at rate at least 2 times a week. It is followed by maintaining group sessions with gradual transition to less frequent sessions once every 2 weeks. A length of one group session makes 2.5-3 hours. In 3-12 months, the patients are tested, and if necessary the basis cycle is performed again with gradual transition to less frequent maintaining group sessions once every 2 weeks. Between the maintaining group sessions, independent individual sessions with using physical and meditative exercises are performed.
EFFECT: method provides prolonged - not less than a 4-year effect of the Parkinson's disease delay with keeping unchanged or slightly changed doses of basic antiparkinsonian preparations.
