FIELD: production of sorbents.
SUBSTANCE: activated coal is produced from waste barley which is subjected to preliminary drying at temperature of 90-120°C for two hours followed by rising the temperature at rate of 5-10°C/min and carbonization at temperature of 290-320°C for 7-15 minutes.
EFFECT: enhanced adsorbability and porosity of sorbent.
