SUBSTANCE: invention relates to branches of industry where combined generation of electric and thermal energy is done. Proposed wind power-generating plant for combined generation of electric and thermal energy has inverter, rectifier, automatic circuit breakers, storage battery, electric and thermal networks, internal combustion engine, wind motor, synchronous electric machine driven by wind motor, synchronous electric machine driven by internal combustion engine, electric boiler, heat accumulator, shut off and control devices, electric and thermal load pickups, automatic control system, heat exchangers-recovery units of internal combustion engine and electric boiler. Wind motor-driven synchronous electric machine is of end face design, provided with thin-walled diaphragm resting on working surface of magnetic circuit of stator and forming, together with hollow cylinder, support cup and base shield of stator, two sealed spaces. Internal combustion engine-driven synchronous electric machine has stator with water cooled windings. Braking device of wind power-generating plant contains number of symmetrically arranged brakes.
EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to recovery of heat liberated at operation of synchronous electric machine.
