FIELD: magnetic materials for electronics, electrical engineering, polygraphy, magneto-optics, biomedicine, and the like.
SUBSTANCE: proposed highly flexible magnet is manufactured by thermoplast treatment technology by way of calendaring or extrusion. In the process homogeneity of material is attained due to elimination of filler sedimentation. Its polymeric base is obtained by combining polyvinyl chloride thermoplast and polar rubber. Magnetic mixture material components have definite composition.
EFFECT: enlarged operating temperature range, homogeneous composition, and enhanced susceptibility of material.
