FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: high-coercitive metal-polymer composition contains weight shares: dispersion of acrylate latex 95-105, solution of emulsifier E-30 (10 %) 1.5-2, solution of ammonia (25 %) 1.5-2, glycerine 12-15, high-coercitive powder, for example, strontium ferrite 200-450, and acryl thickener 6-7. Dispersion of acrylate latex is introduced into a blade mixer, further there is introduced solution of emulsifier, solution of ammonia, paste consisting of homogenous mixture of glycerine and high-coercitive powder, for example, strontium ferrite in form of particles with dimension from 20 nm to 10 mcm. Mixture is stirred during 7-8 minutes with a blade shaft rotating at angular velocity 5-7 s-1, is heated to 50-60°C, further, thickener is loaded and agitated during 10-15 minutes, till there is produced composition with viscosity 25-30 Pa s-1.

EFFECT: production of high-coercitive components with raised values of magnetic and strength properties at introduction of this composition into fibrous base.
