SUBSTANCE: method involves fitting individual spoon, holding it on jaw, modeling individual spoon edges with thermoplastic mass. Fixing inlays are placed on the internal surface of individual spoon having occlusion rollers. The inlays are arranged over alveolar process bed and along the posterior one-third of palatine on the upper individual spoon, whereas the lower individual spoon is spread along the alveolar process bed. The fixing inlay is supposed to be 0.2-0.3 mm far from individual spoon edge. Next to it, thermoplastic mass is drawn along individual spoon edge and the spoon is inserted into the oral cavity. Functional tests are done under pressure exerted by chewers under dentist control.
EFFECT: high maxillary and mandibular spoon model design quality; easiness in operation; accelerated operation process.
