FIELD: fat-and-oil industry, particularly packages.
SUBSTANCE: oil is stored in air-tight elastic package to prevent oil contact with atmospheric air. Inner package volume is equal to that of oil stored therein. As oil is partly consumed package volume is decreased in direct proportion to oil volume decrease. Oil is stored under subatmospheric pressure created by expanding package wall resilient force. Device comprises bottom, walls and pouring neck closed with closure. Walls are of bellows type to provide wall collapse and/or expansion under the action of external force to obtain device volume equal to that of oil stored therein. Closure provides air-tightness of pouring neck after partial device collapse. Closure has pouring spout having cut-away tip and sealing cap. Check valve, which prevents atmospheric air ingress inside device during oil distribution, may be installed inside device neck.
EFFECT: increased shelf life due to elimination of oil contact with air and prevention of dissolved oxygen dissociation and exiting.
