FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises measuring electrical parameters of fluid from the steady potential of the measured signal corresponding to the physicochemical fluid composition with the electrodes having high internal resistance and recording the time period from the start of measurements to the moment when the upper limit value is achieved in each cycle of measurements. The potential is generated due to the dynamic difference between the measuring electrodes and reference electrode of the measuring cell resulting from the accumulation of ions on the measuring electrode. The beginning of the measuring cycle is organized due to the amplitude of the measured signal of the level of the lower limit of the values is reached after forced discharge at a moment when its amplitude reaches the upper limit value at the end of the previous cycle of measurements. The device comprises the measuring cell, commutator, amplifier, and computing unit connected in series. The device additionally has digital-analogue converter and comparator whose information input is connected with the output of the amplifier and normalizing input is connected with the output of the computing unit through the digital analogue converter. The output of the comparator is made in block with the control input of the commutator and information output of the computing unit.
