SUBSTANCE: proximity analyzer includes anode-case of flow amperometric cell 1, working electrode-cathode 2, comparison electrode-amperometric sensor 3 of solved oxygen, metal current-carrying electrodes 4 with high-voltage electric insulation coat 5, inlet and outlet unions 6 of analyzed water, commutation unit 7, potentiostats 8, 9, generator 10 of pulse electric current, measurement and indication unit 11, timer 12, storage 13, computer 14 of chemical consumption of oxygen, computer 15 of biochemical consumption of oxygen, computation and comparison unit 16, digital-to-analog converter 17, controller 18 dosing diluting water. Outputs of generator 10 of pulse electric current are connected to two current-carrying electrodes 4 with high-voltage electric insulation coat 5 and its input is connected to second output of timer 12.
