FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: To determine the pH-activity of the bioactive environ the measurements are made with the use of electrodes. The electrodes possess high internal voltage of the examined environ electrical parameters according to the set potential of the measuring signal that corresponds to physical and chemical environ content. The signals are shaped from the dynamic potential drop between measuring and comparative electrodes of the measuring cell due to ions concentration on the measuring electrode. Information-bearing parameters are standardized: time constant and set potential according to the linear algorithm of their calculation due to the correspondence of the original environ with the known information-bearing parameter that are registered with time intervals from the measuring of the lower limit up to the upper limit in each cycle of measurement. The experimental value of the set pH is determined according to the time intervals in code and known information-bearing parameters of the original environment.

EFFECT: means improves accuracy of the determination of bioactive environ pH-activity due to the correspondence of the original environ with the known information-bearing parameters and two limits.
