SUBSTANCE: method involves studying blood cells. Chromosome preparation is obtained and stained with silver nitrate. Cytogenetic values are determined like total AgNOR activity, the number of Ag-positive NOR, argentophilic D-Chromosome properties, argentophilic G-Chromosome properties, associative index, the number of associations per cell with associations, the number of associating acrocentrics per cell with associations. High chromosome aberration level probability is calculated from the obtained data. The value being equal to or less than 50%, the testee is judged fit for work under high carbon dust content conditions.
EFFECT: high accuracy in determining occupational fitness.
