SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to predicting and treating hemorrhoid. One should introduce an anoscope into anal canal, through the anoscope upon a clamp introduce an unfolded surgical filter cloth of 10 cm length, not less, into anal canal, withdraw the anoscope, remove the clamp with a filter cloth due to circular movements to imitate defecation act. It is necessary to ligate internal hemorrhoids first, which come out of anal canal first. The innovation enables to shorten the period of diagnostic procedures being simple in implementation, could be applied both under out- and in-patient conditions to improve the results of predicting and treating hemorrhoid.
