SUBSTANCE: indications for low invasive treatment of patients with stage III-IV chronic hemorrhoids are determined. Hemorrhoid node size, its base width and the boundary between external and internal nodes are determined. With the internal node base width less than 4 cm and presence of a boundary between the external and internal nodes, low invasive treatment is performed. Treatment involves dressing of the pulsating terminal branch of the upper rectal artery. After that, 0.3 ml of a drug from the group of detergents is administered into the three internal hemorrhoid legs for their sclerosis.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of early and late postoperative bleeding, reduce relapses.
