FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: a patient's atrium dextrum should be cannulated through the intra-pericardiac part of the inferior vena cava, and the inferior vena cava being caudally against its lesion by keeping a platform for forming vascular anastomosis. Cannulas should be connected together and with the system for by-pass heparinization. Moreover, temporary shunting should be fulfilled under conditions of the remained activity, normothermia and without usage of the apparatus for obligatory blood delivery. Moreover, the veins should be intersected being distally against the areas of their cannulization after activating the system for temporary vascular shunting, and its functioning should be maintained in the course of the whole operation till the final stage of vascular reconstruction, after that cannulas should be successively removed out of veins' lumen under condition of their lateral squeezing out. The method enables to decrease hemodynamic and thrombotic complications, exclude the syndrome of reperfusion and carry out local heparinization of by-pass system.
