METHOD OF TEMPORARY SHUNTING OF GREAT BLOOD CIRCULATION ASSOCIATED WITH EXTENSIVE RESECTION OF POSTCAVA AND ITS VISCERAL BRANCHES Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B17/11

Abstract RU 2329773 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery. Right atrium and precava are cannulised. Thus right atrium is cannulised through precava intrapericardium, while precava is cannulised directly over bifurcation. Renal veins involved in tumoral process are cannulised more proximally of their invasion, thus renal vein cannules are connected to system of porto-caval right-atrium bypass, or installed separately in precava within porto-caval right-atrium bypass area. Method provides constant adequate functioning of bypass at the stage of vascular reconstruction, makes it possible to monitor patency and perform local heparinisation of bypass system.

EFFECT: development of method of temporary shunting of great blood circulation with provided constant adequate functioning of bypass at the stage of vascular reconstruction at extensive resection of precava and its visceral branches.
