FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with resecting visceral branches of abdominal aorta. But beforehand, one should apply a purse-string suture onto anterior aortic wall through which the aorta should be punctured with a cannula, with a stylet being coaxially supplied with the cannula and a stopping device of a working part. The stylet should be withdrawn and cannula should be fixed towards aortic wall with the help of the pre-applied purse-string suture followed by the resection of aortic branches. Into the lumen of aortic distal end one should introduce a silicone tube that corresponds to the vessel's diameter, its end should be connected with aortic cannula, the system's assembled parts should be fixed followed by activating temporary bypass aortoarterial blood shunting, and on removing the affected area it is necessary to carry out decannulation. While shunting along two visceral branches of abdominal aorta located at one and the same level it is necessary to introduce a U-shaped cannula into the lumen of abdominal aorta, its ends should be connected with distal ends of the resected arteries with silicone tubes. While shunting along two and more visceral branches of abdominal aorta located at different levels it is necessary to introduce several cannulas into the lumen of abdominal aorta in branching area. The present innovation enables to resect visceral branches of abdominal aorta, also, at the lesion of their mouth, without affecting the blood supply of organs and tissues, provide the development of temporary arterial vascular bypass at multivascular character of the lesion and carry out cannulation of abdominal aorta avoiding its complete squeezing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
