FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to cannulate portal vein and the inferior vena cava at the background of intact circulation under conditions of lateral squeezing out and connect with the help of two T-joints together and, also, with a cannula introduced into atrium dextrum, and the system for heparinization and control for the by-pass permeability. Moreover, the veins should be intersected being distally the areas of their cannulation after activating the system of temporary vascular shunting, and its functioning should be maintained in the course of the whole ahepatic period of the operation before final stage of vascular reconstruction. After that cannulas should be successively removed out of veins' lumen under condition of their lateral squeezing out. The innovation enables to decrease hemodynamic and thrombotic complications, exclude the syndrome of reperfusion and carry out local heparinization of by-pass system.
