SUBSTANCE: method involves forming two 8-10 mm deep pockets in episcleral space to the right and left of scleral flap place when carrying out non-penetrating deep sclerectomy. Scissors having rounded smooth ends are moved in meridional directions in parallel to limb and then opened. Superficial scleral flap is formed and following operation stages are done.
EFFECT: created flap filtration cushion; avoided tissue cuts.
