FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out operation by certain standard technique. Surface scleral fragment should not be sutured to sclera. At suturing conjunctival incision with uninterrupted suture one should fix surface scleral fragment to conjunctiva. The method in question enables to decrease the risk for development of sclero-scleral fusions due to developing filtration pad in area of operative interference and lifting surface scleral fragment sutured to conjunctiva.
