FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out microsclerotherapy with 0.5% Ethoxysclerol solution at a dose of 0.5 ml per 1 vein making not more than 3 injections. Then, injection place is subjected to compression for 30 s. Telangiectasia laser coagulation is carried out immediately after having introduced the sclerosant. Continuous treatment method is applied using wavelength of 578 nm at laser radiation power equal to 0.7 W. Exposure time is 0.4 s, spot diameter is 0.6 mm. Extremity is kept for 30 min in rest after having done laser coagulation. The region under treatment is concurrently cooled during 10-15min. The total treatment course is 1-2 procedures long on each extremity.
EFFECT: improved therapeutic and esthetic treatment results.
