FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: a balloon-type multi-channel catheter should be antegradely introduced through large subcutaneous vein behind sapheno-femoral anastomosis. Balloon should be blown up. Catheter is drawn in retrograde direction by occluding sapheno-femoral anastomosis. Catheter's opening for injection of sclerosant is placed near the site of perientrance inflows of large saphenous vein. Then sclerosant is injected at simultaneous finger-type pressing the large saphenous vein being below sapheno- femoral anastomosis. Then catheter should be removed at simultaneous injection of sclerosant preparation. The method enables to remove vertical reflux along large saphenous vein. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 dwg, 1 ex
